Place Your Order
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We'll go through the models available, suitable sizes, and your preferred payment schedule.
Confirm & Sign Contract
We’ll draw up a clear, easy-to-read contract at your home, with you and the cardholder present.
No jargon. No confusing fine print.
Delivery & Installation
Our team delivers your washing machine and installs it professionally, hooking it up to your water and drainage.
We’ll also remove your old machine (if you have one) — no extra charge.
Enjoy Worry-Free Use
Use the machine as normal.
If there’s a fault, just call us — our engineers respond quickly and efficiently.
If the problem can’t be fixed, we’ll replace the machine for you.
Making Payments
Choose a payment plan that works for you: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Payments are taken by recurring card payment (or direct debit, as agreed).
You’ll pay an initial amount (A deposit of £20 + your first month) when we install, but there are no hidden fees.
