How it works

From order to install, and beyond!

Here’s a breakdown of our process, from order and installation, through to ongoing care and service.

  1. Place Your Order

    • Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

    • We'll go through the models available, suitable sizes, and your preferred payment schedule.

  2. Confirm & Sign Contract

    • We’ll draw up a clear, easy-to-read contract at your home, with you and the cardholder present.

    • No jargon. No confusing fine print.

  3. Delivery & Installation

    • Our team delivers your washing machine and installs it professionally, hooking it up to your water and drainage.

    • We’ll also remove your old machine (if you have one) — no extra charge.

  4. Enjoy Worry-Free Use

    • Use the machine as normal.

    • If there’s a fault, just call us — our engineers respond quickly and efficiently.

    • If the problem can’t be fixed, we’ll replace the machine for you.

  5. Making Payments

    • Choose a payment plan that works for you: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

    • Payments are taken by recurring card payment (or direct debit, as agreed).

    • You’ll pay an initial amount (A deposit of £20 + your first month) when we install, but there are no hidden fees.
